Clients guide the content and customization aspects, manage content through Video CMS and make customization requests.
Post-launch support includes bug fixes and updates for compatibility with the latest devices and operating systems.
The platform fee covers only essential maintenance. Dedicated support with guaranteed response times or ongoing operational and optimization services can be provided for an additional fee.
